In stores... in libraries.. on beaches,<b> ...downtown...</font></b>everywhere...

Have you seen someone "secretly" flashing a body part?

 "WHERE"?? "WHEN"??? No, I can't say I've seen any secret flashes, but I am always on the lookout!!

 I had a waitress with a large chest and a low cut dress, continually flash my date. I guess she figured he would like what he saw and tip her well (which he did), but I enjoyed the show maybe a little more than he did (and requested that he tip her well).
