Farmerite...

It's not a type of rock...lol

{Little joke.. very little}

I have been living in the country for oodles of years.. It's very quiet..
And there are little birds flitting around.. and cats chasing each other..
And a dog... temporarily named Pe Pe Le Pew. You know how dogs like to roll on horrible smelling things.. He rolled around on a dead raccoon...ackkk!! How did he find it in the first place...?.. I guess we'll never know..

Yesterday, ole grumpy was in the city.. and I helped him load the old stationary bike into the back of my truck to take to the farm, (since he was the one that broke it and made it unusable for me...}
Oh, he "fixed" it.. but it's still too hard for me to use it..

So now I'm at the farm.. It's almost too quiet..
When the only thing you hear is the ceiling fan..it's TOO QUIET. .LOL
I seriously can't sleep when it's this quiet..

Do you need noise to sleep...???

Looking forward to a good year ahead!!

Spent 8yrs driving over-the-road before I retired, took along time to get accustomed to sleeping without that big "Cat" purring!

When I was in the Airforce, I could always sleep through the sound of aircraft flying through the night. I only woke once, when a new type landed, and it was the different sound of the Engines that woke me

I don't hear anything at the moment other than the ringing (tinnitus) in my ears.....ceiling fan not moving!
Usually by the time I go to bed, my head hits the pillow and I'm asleep. I can sleep with or without sound!
