 It's just another glitch on this site. One of many. I tapped it on and it took me there. I like the old way so I don't go there.

 My collection is you have to do the setup via the link one time to get in, then it's all good afterwards. NO WORRIES - you can get back to "safety" after that by clicking the logo at the far upper LH side of the page.
