What a day !

This must be just about the worst day of the year,everybody back to work and back to school and the trafic is back to the mess it usuly is.Its also raining and has been dark most of the day.What can you do, well I know what I'm going to do, the so called new years resolution kicks in today and the beer is been knocked on the head until the end of the month, all the sweets cakes ect. went into the bin last night and tonight I'm getting the runners back on and going to try get a good run in down the phonix park after work,tomorrow night is the gym and so on.The<b> sins </font></b>of the last few weeks will have to be paid for, but you know what, I'm looking forward to it. The only thing left after this is to cut back on the coffee,man I drink way to much coffee.
In July I'm going to take a bit of time off work and take in a good long sun holiday and I want to be in really good shape for that,I know we all say that but this time around i'm really going for it. Its probably something to do with been in my mid thirties and thinking I'm still in my early twenties.
