Starting time!
Starting time! Tomorrow's the day... Day 1 of the Fall Fitness Challenge. Which I'm going to try very hard to win because my travel fun could really use the money Some of the rules: *Minimum of 3 training sessions at the gym per week. *Keep a detailed food journal and turn it in every week. *No alcohol for 12 weeks (it resets your metabolism and your body will process foods differently for 24 - 72 hours, however long it takes your body to process it out of your system) - yeah, this one garners tons of<b> whining. </font></b>*No fast food for 12 weeks. That was my toughie last time... single person, tired and hungry after work, and the drive home is nothing BUT fast food restaurants. This is where pre-planning in necessary, and I was not proactive last time. Plus, despite the fact I love to cook, I hate cooking for myself all the time. I also hate washing dishes. Besides the fast food thing... I will have most difficulty with the "eat dinner between 4 and 6pm" rule. I tend to eat dinner between 8 and 10pm because that's when the pain in my belly makes me think of it. So those of you on my cheering squad: woohoo! Now it starts |

That is a tough list. Good luck. I travel for 7 to 9 days. I pass up on all french fries. Eat a bucket load of salads. Hardly any item fried. Eat fruit cups. walk I have managed to loose 16 pounds and kept it off so far this year. I'm a Real sucker for nipples Originator of the Cock Salad

You can do it ... I have great faith in you, just take it one day at time and the challenge will be over before you know it. I will be thinking of you as you successfully complete this small part of your journey toward better overall health!!!!! xoxoxo
