Chocolate and Xmas Musings Did everybody have a wonderful Christmas? Did you get what you hoped for? Nope... I did not wake up to a sexy, naked man beneath my tree. *pout* Of course I also didn't put up a tree. Maybe next year. I also figure I'm not good enough to be on the "Nice" list, but not bad enough for the "Naughty" list so... Santa totally overlooked me this year. As for Christmas gifts: I received chocolate. A lot of chocolate. Truly I don't eat as much as one might suppose due to all that I received. My aunt and uncle got me a box of chocolate and Godiva hot cocoa. My dad got me a huge Hershey's kiss. And two of my lovely blog readers were in town and surprised me with chocolate too, from a conversation which occurred on their blog and I'd totally forgotten about. And my cousin sent me a cross-stitched wall hanging: "Always Know Where Your Towel Is". And a DVD copy of The Princess Bride. I'm sending her gift after the first of the year because I still need to sit down with fabric and sewing machine to make it. The stocking: a TARDIS. With hidden zippers on the sides so one can unzip it and... "it's bigger on the inside". I think it's genius lol. Though if it works I will have to make a bunch more as I have at least 3 other friends crazy about Doctor Who. I spent half of Christmas day at a platonic FriendFinder-x friends house, flopped on his sofa with him and his 3<b> roommates </font></b>watching sports related TV. It was nice just vegging, no pressure, no expectation, just "there." Then I went to my aunt and uncles' and they made a sandwich bar for the holiday. My brightest moment was Friday 26th. My boss let me take an extra long lunch and work late in return so I could meet two of my blog readers, Teleobell. Thank you so much, both of you  It was lovely meeting you and hope we can meet again in future. I'm nominating you as "The cutest couple on FriendFinder-x" OK... no more procrastinating... off to do other stuff with my Saturday. |

How can a naked man show up and be under your tree if there is not tree? LOL I think you definitely have to put one up next year and see what happens! A good hitch-hiker truly does always need to know just where their towel is. I love it!! I could watch "The Princess Bride" every day and not get tired of it, which seems "inconceivable"! Overall, it sounds like you had a decent Christmas holiday with friends and family and chocolate, which is good because you certainly deserved it.
