Paid by the hour

I am a salaried employee. "Here's your money, get the job done." Stretches like the one I'm currently in, make me wish I were hourly. It is not about the money, I probably wouldn't make more. It would be nice to have someone besides myself tracking the hours (four 15 hour days among the last seven). It occurs to me that sometimes they know not what they ask.

 Of course is I got paid for sex by the hour, I'd have trouble making ends meet. But then if I had trouble making ends meet, I'd likely not get paid for sex.

 You have to provide more detail to assess whether your job / labor category fall under Dept. of Labor wage and hour or it's management where your employer can classify as salaried employee.

Anyway, it looks like work environment is stressful.

It looks like the University I work for will be smaller next year. The U of Wisconsin -System has too much capacity for the demographics.
