Knee issues limiting sex life

This is a serious health concern and needs to be dealt with on a national level. Bad knees of my partners are limiting the oral and doggy I can get. It is a crisis situation.

 A lot of my friends have had knee/hip replacements and r doing very well. I was the "coach" for a friend for a hip replacement., I coached her thru the physical therapy , after the first few days we discovered doing them naked made for lots of fun!
At our age we have to get creative for pain free or low pain sex, just like most things we do now days!
