Dipping a paddle in that creek....

Okay, it was actually a lake. But I got to break in the new kayaks this weekend. We got them for ourselves for Christmas. This has reminded me of when I was 12 or so and got a new bike for Christmas. Well it was winter in Wisconsin. Waiting months to give it a try seemed like forever.

 Y'know, I never realized that kids up north had to wait to enjoy some of the stuff they got for Christmas, like a new bike. You just know someone took it down to the basement and did a few laps.
