Back to the land of WiFi and dry sox

I was camping again this last weekend. Hit a ton of rain. The campsite turned into a marshland. The wind didn't seem too bad, but I heard a loud crack and looked out the window to see the truck of an 18" diameter pine had snapped off about 20 feet up. Fortunately it fell mostly into the woods and didn't do any damage. Landed less than 20 from my car and 40 feet from the camper.

Im still a little confused with camping. I like it sometimes, and I can't stand it at other times. I think more testing is required...but yes, branches falling, not funny
