 I have neighbors that is so paranoid they have big bright lights outside of their houses and property and people find it hard to function with the place lit up like a ufo convention with real aliens and space crafts sitting all around...lol..we had to darken most of the windows in the house to avoid blindness.. the one guy comes out every day and walks around his house and buildings checking to see if anyone fucked with his stuff..the reason they are like that is because they both screwed people over in the neighborhood big time ....lol its funny in a way but sad too..
