 stopped drinking and smoking in 2005- maybe a beer rarely- change of diet is a slow process- I'll take care of high chlorestorol (sp) in July - but first it's 2 weeks of fishing in Minnesota starting early wed morn - I hit the road- got to much stuff to take on plane- cheers ya'll
