I stumbled upon this quote on Reddit.

How ridiculous that a 20 minute rendezvous can factory reset your spirit. The sky is more beautiful. Music sounds better. Food tastes more flavorful.

Marriage is wonderful, minus the expectancy of suppressing human nature. How much happier could we all be if our partners freed us (and themselves) from these pointless rules and released us from being possessions?
