Un-fucking believable!

I'm trying not to let this fuck up my day and it's challenging. Oh it's challenging all right, but I'm trying. Took advantage of the blistering sun this morning and the man and I met up a few friends for a swim. It's not very often that the man and I meet our friends together, so it was rather special. We all swam for a couple of hours before deciding we would break for lunch. I head off to the showers with two other ladies while the guys disappeared to go wash up too.

There I was, soaping myself when I hear one of the other ladies scream. I panicked and froze, thinking she had fallen or something, when she continued screaming, and started swearing as well. I dashed out of my shower cubicle and joined the other lady at this screaming lady's cubicle, which she had thrown the doors back and was furiously toweling herself down. We managed to calm her down enough to find out that she had saw a guy crouched on top of the wall, watching us shower. I thought it was quite unbelievable at first (the wall was at least 3m high), but after showering and cleaning up, we went outside to report what she had seen. Apparently, one of the lifeguards saw a man with the same description running off. At this point, I wasn't mad. Yet. I didn't see anything. That guy did but I digress.

This friend of mine decided she wanted to make a police report, so being all together, we went with her. We got to the police post, told them what happened, and the response from this asswipe of a police officer was,, "did you get a picture of this person peeping at you?" Seriously?!? That fucking pissed me off more than the incident. I jumped out of my seat and asked him if he brought his phone into the shower, with the camera on, ready to catch potential peeping Tom's? How fucking dumb is he? It was clearly not the response he was expecting so this idiot just froze. It took another senior officer to speak to us nicer before we calmed down enough and wrote everything down clearly, and even provided them with all the contact information of all witnesses.

An exact same thing happened sometime last year too. We reported a flasher lurking around the office where I used to work. Different person, but same numbnut question - do you have a picture of the incident? I'm really beginning to worry about who we're trusting to protect us.

So remember, the next time you need help from the local law enforcement officials, get a picture of it. Or, as they say online, pic or it didn't happen. Don't defend yourself in an assault, take a picture instead.
Fucking dumb. Seriously.

But then you have to admit, only the rejects and the brain dead work in the police and army.

Be thankful though. In Malaysia, those lurkers could be the police themselves. And politicians there are no brighter than primary 3 students either.

Common sense are really not that common now a days.

 So why all the hysterical screaming like it was a fanged monster or someone with gun and knife held pirate style in their mouth?

It was a peeping tom. Not a lot law officials can do about that, unless he is caught and detained. I'd say , unless she was caught and detained, but then I don't know of any males who would get upset about a woman spying on them while they were taking a shower.

Exactly. Common sense is quite rare. The man made a comment at the time, which, the more I think about it, the more I'm agreeing with. He suggested that he (the policeman taking our statement) acted that way cos he didn't want to write up a report, and was trying to dissuade us from making one. Makes sense. Lazy bastard.
