Halloween Martinis

Happy Halloween-y! (I borrowed that from mikeandann.4fun)

Every Halloween shindig deserves some special martini mixes that will delight all of your ghoulish guest and goblins.

Dim the lights, and pull up a chair...What was that creaking sound? Ahhh, it was only gentle cracking of ice....mwwwaaahhhh ha ha ha!

The Vampire Chaser Martini

The Vampire Chaser Martini uses Vampyre Vodka (triple distilled Vodka made in England). It has a super smooth taste, and best of all it's blood red in color. Generally available in better liquor store.

Ingredients:
* 8 ounces of freezing Vampyre vodka
* 2 Turkish Pepper stuffed olives
* 1 tablespoon of olive brine from your pepper stuffed olives
* 2 rubber eyeballs (available at toy stores)
* 1 tablespoon of freshly squeezed lemon juice
* 1 copy (on vinyl preferably) of the original song Monster Mash by Bobby "Boris" Pickett

The Mix
* Pour the Vampyre vodka into a shaker half full of cracked ice
* Add the olive brine
* Shake, shake, shake to the Monster Mash groove
* Strain your blood red martini cocktail into 2 freezing martini glasses
* Top each glass with half a tablespoon of lemon juice
* Into each drink add a pepper stuffed olive and, my favorite part, one rubber eyeball

Ouija-Tini Martini

The Oija-tini Martini features Blavod black vodka. Enjoy this crazy cocktail, and you just might be predicting the future--in fact, we'll predict that you'll be dying for another.

Ingredients:
* 9 ounces of freezing Blavod black vodka
* 2 ounces chilled Blue Curacao
* 1 ounce chilled Score banana vodka
* 2 small gummy worms (refrigerator chilled)
* 1 copy of the Vincent Price move The Tingler

The Mix
* Pour the Blavod black vodka into a shaker half full of cracked ice
* Shake for a half a minute
* Add the Blue Curacao and continue to shake for another half minute
* Strain your cocktail into 2 freezing martini glasses
* Into each glass pour a half ounce of the Score banana vodka
* Stir each glass with its own chilled gummy worm
* Dim the lights, start the movie...sip and get ready to scream!

Cheers!
