Whats a girl to do I got this "consent" form.....should I sign it? CONSENT TO PHYSICAL AND PSYCHOLOGICAL EXPERIMENT The undersigned (hereinafter referred to as the Subject) represents and warrants that she has read this document completely and that she is at least 18 years of age. The Subject has agreed to take part in a physical/psychological experiment designed to test her reaction to certain stimuli. Subject understands that the nature of the experiment must remain confidential so as to not corrupt the potential pool of applicants. In consideration for undertaking this experiment, Subject will receive the sum of Two Hundred ($200.00) Dollars. Subject understands that receipt of the compensation requires that she fully complete all tasks requested. The testing will not involve the use of any drugs, legal or illegal. Nor will there be any needles, blood drawn or any other procedure that would be deemed surgically invasive. Subject hereby agrees and consents to any manner of physical contact upon her person, including indirect contact with tools or objects at the discretion of the person conducting the test. Subject understands and acknowledges that some of the sensory experiences may be unpleasant. Subject also consents that for her safety and the safety of the person administering the test, reasonable restraining devices may be used to prevent involuntary reactions from the stimuli interfering with the test results. Subject also agrees that the test will employ visual and audio imagery. In order to properly test some reactions, sensory deprivation devices may be employed. Accurate testing requires that the results be documented. Therefore, the Subject agrees that there may be photographs or other audio/visual recording of the event. THE SUBJECTS IDENTITY WILL BE KEPT STRICTLY CONFIDENTIAL. The testing will commence and end solely at the discretion of the treating physician. The subject may, however terminate the experiment at any time by agreeing to forfeit the compensation due. The experiment will be conducted by one individual. The Subject may request an aide be present, and specify the sex and number of aids requested. However, due to staff shortages, the presence of an aide cannot be guaranteed even if requested by the Subject. Subject, having read the foregoing, agrees to all of the terms and conditions and consents to the experiment. (PS...to avoid any confusion, yes I do know who it is from) |

Gee, $200 just to have some stranger invade every private part of you, including the use of restraints. Well they always say, if it sounds too good to be true, it probably is! LMAO!! Does the writer of this consent form really expect a serious reply?? My advice?? run the other way NOW!! don't look back!
