I swear I was dying...

I swear I was dying... I've been sick for a week. I was sneezing off and on last week Tuesday but nothing to be concerned of. I even took a sinus pill just in case. Wednesday I woke up and felt like I was dying. I had a fever, I was dizzy, congested, just ick. I called off work and for the next 3 days I ended up sleeping, taking medicine and trying to eat a little food to keep my strength up. But I wasn't really hungry, which is a major sign of me being sick. I don't call off, but it was all I could do to get up and go to the bathroom, and when I needed to go downstairs to get orange juice. We had mandatory overtime Saturday so I made myself go in. They told me like 2.5 hrs in that I could go home if I wanted cause I wasn't feeling well, but I had missed too much work I was trying to stick it out. But like 3 hrs before the shift was over I was light headed and felt horrible. My one Lead said go home right now. She even messaged the manager of my center so I wouldn't get an occurrence for leaving early. When I was leaving, her and another Lead said I looked and sounded horrible and to go home and rest. I stopped and got some more medicine and orange juice, plus some dinner, then went home and crashed. By this Monday I felt well enough to attempt work again. I probably should have stayed home one more day cause by the end of the day I had this massive headache that made me sick to my stomach. I came home and passed out. I didn't even eat dinner cause just the thought of food made me want to throw up. Thankfully Tuesday morning I felt way better. I still have a bit of a cold but the worst seems to be over, I hope. I sent an Angel to watch over you last night, it returned in a hurry. I asked why, it said "Angels can't watch porn." Thanks for fucking traumatizing my fucking Angel! Don't bother trying to figure me out. Not even the little voices in my head understand me. It's pointless! |
