He’s Still Here?!?!?  That’s what I’m thinking when I see men on the site that I chatted with...or even had sex with years ago. But, then, I am too! |

I was on Plenty of Fish for a while, and met a woman who I had a brief fling with. She broke it off after a month, telling me that she was looking for a long term relationship, and I didn't seem to fit the bill. Interestingly, a few weeks after we split and headed our separate ways, I met a woman that I ended up dating exclusively for two years. Now you are probably aware of the pain when a long term relationship like that comes to an end. I was hurting and went back to POF for quick and temporary relief. And who should I discover online there? The same gal who said she was looking for a long term relationship. So I contacted her, asked if she remembered me and inquired as to whether she had found anyone over the past 24 months. All she wrote back was "fuck you." It kind of felt like a punch in the gut, but it also felt good in a vengeful way - I am embarrassed to say.

Why these people are still here, isn't a great wonder. Whatever they're doing is making the site work for them. You had sex with him, and likely other women have , too. If he's scoring, or even, if you're scoring, why go away if you're still getting something out of this, right?
