Boyz get in trouble, usually to get the discipline they crave, seek, and need.

First is the confrontation.

Boys dread the confrontation. As much as they do their best to get into trouble and be disciplined, the confrontation is the dreaded point of facing reality, facing one's actions, shifting the mind to the inevitable.

That is first of the four important aspects of any discipline in reality and in BDSM.

If a boy doesn't do each step with his Master or controller, there is no point in the punishment itself, cuz it then becomes pain for no purpose and that's not BDSM or the reason for discipline.

This is the mental shift, the preparation, the understanding of actions and consequences.

In the pic, this bad boy is clearly more than a bit resigned to get past this. He hopes it will quickly move to the final step.

As much as a Master likes to get to the physical delivery step, the Master must spend time in each of the four steps. This is called discipline because these first three steps are the real discipline. They focus the discipline of the boys mind, his body, his will, his actions, and his training.
