Instauration [in-staw-RAY-shun] noun:

1: restoration after decay, lapse, or dilapidation

2: an act of instituting or establishing something

Example:

Its been a long week but I actually went for a walk tonight despite the cold and rain. I didn't want to but after I was done it felt good to have done it. One of my besties and I are going out tomorrow night to hang out and chat and watch the drunks lol. Some of them are sooooo entertaining but then others are just to drunk to be funny which makes it sad at that point. I'm excited cuz we always have fun when we get together. I sent my guy an email pouring out my heart to him and he replied! Its a start and I'm staying very positive. My heart breaks for him right now as he heads out of town to deal with a family matter that is very sad and heart breaking. I hope y'all have a great night. Tomorrow is TGIFF!!!!
