A Kiss Is Just a Kiss?
The decision to kiss for the first time is the most crucial in any love story. It changes the relationship of two people much more strongly than even the final surrender; because this kiss already has within it that surrender.

They say that you only get one first impression. You only get one first kiss too. It can be the start of something beautiful, or possibly signal the end of something that could have been.

When you decide have that first kiss, you are crossing a line. After that kiss, the relationship has changed. Kissing leads to petting, leads to groping, leads to foreplay, leads to sex. It is the<b> snowball </font></b>that starts the avalanche. And as such, it should be respected for what it means.

I personally don't put too much emphasis on the first kiss. People are nervous, lips tremble, mouths go dry, there are many reasons that are actually good things that cause a first kiss not be the best. It's what's behind that first kiss that holds meaning. Is there desire, passion, affection? Those are the things to look for. It's the second and the third kisses that tell you what you need to know. Is there the right combination of lip and tongue? When you break for a second, do you find yourself wanting to go right back in?

If its the right person, teach them how you want to be kissed just like you teach them how you want to be touched during foreplay. A kiss should feel good. It should make your lips melt and your heart flutter. It shouldn't make you feel like you just kissed a camel or a dead fish.

Concentrate on your first kiss. Try to relax and do it right. If it feels good, do it again. If it's a little lacking...do it again anyway. The second or third will probably be better.
