 If I remember correctly you approached him on behalf of your friend. To now find out Teacher has the Hots for Teacher! And now all 3 of you are Shy and Goofy and Pussy footing around each other. I ask what would you do in any other every day situation where you li some guy and thought he was Hot? Well just do that Now.

 She usually avoids guys who are really young because they haven't always learned to keep things discrete. Had a spontaneous adventure in the back seat of our car with a 22 year old one night. And the next day he was talking to others about it at work and had to be shut down by a mutual friend. Needless to say, she's been more careful since.
But your co-worker is 34. Would hope that he's got things figured out by now and would know how to keep things quiet, if you asked. As for the young lady....... If there was enough attraction between the two of them, it would have happened by now. You led them to the water, but you can't force them to drink.
