The Aftermath

I got through my mother's funeral here. I am better and getting stronger every day. But it will take time to get back where I was before. But I am doing ok here. I have been keeping busy being with other people spent sometime with family now visiting out of town. One of things I am kind of worried about my mother has a new will which was written up by attorney? Of course it states 50% between me and my sister. Another thing I guess since my sister is the executor of the estate. She can go to a judge to sell the contents and get permission to come into the house and throw me out in the street. I guess it was mentioned in the emails that went back and forth. I am trying not to worry about it. But it could happen for sure. Just have to wait and see what happens next here? I am kind of worried and anxious about it.

I know it's tough, especially the prospect that your own sister could evict you from your home. If you must dwell on anything dwell on this. If she wants anything, including the house, she has to give you half.

Try not to worry it will only make you age. Worry wont make the problems go away. Hang in there Sweetie.

Hello, yes I am sorry to here. I think she was in pain here before she died. But she is alot happier and free now. I am hoping the same thing here on making it hard for me. Just have to wait and see. Thanks for posting.

 You are wonderful as you get stronger. Do not assume anything about your sister's power. What is it that you want from the estate apart from your 50% and think of getting representation. That can be important given your fears about her and her possible abuses or unfairness to you. Don't go it alone.

Hello, I am getting better and stronger every day. I will do my best not to assume of my sister's power here. Yes I do need respresentation here just have to get a job. I am broke here so I can do anything right now. Yes it is important I know here. I have no idea what more she has planned for me. I just received a letter from her through regular mail. I have not opened it yet. But will have to soon. Thanks for posting.

Hello,yes you are right worrying does give you stress and other things that may effect you. But I guess it is in the genes more than anything else. If I had less to worry it would be great. I am taking things one day at a time. Thanks for posting.

 HUGS - it's always difficult to sort things out, and now is as bad a time as ever with your loss still so fresh. But you will see it through to the end and be a better person for the learning I hope.

Not, I might add, that you need to be a better person... hope thing get sorted out with your best interests!
