The Age Factor I am getting a variety of comments about my age here many believe I am younger than fifty-two here. I wish I was younger here but I am not here. I am really fifty-two years old do not think it will change anything here even though I like it too. I like to go back in time when I was twenty-five here. At that age I would be out with my family and friends here having fun. I just wanted to clarify my age here so their will be no misunderstanding. It seems to be as I age more and more people will always thing me younger. Even out the street they think I am younger get lots of compliments here . They cannot believe I am fifty-two. Then sometimes have to pull out the driver's license here to prove it more than anything else. This problem of my age keeps cropping up now and then so thought to do a blog on it. In a couple of months here I will be fifty-three and that is not to far away here,So I guess I will have to enjoy my advancing years and not be bothered by it. I rather enjoy life as much as I can before God takes me away. Just being thoughtful on the subject. Age is only a number. Your health and vitality keep you young. Take it from me, I have a decade on you and get better, not older!

Funny when I was 29 i still was getting carded. Wish i too continue to be viewed as younger.

There was a time when getting carded in a bar was a bad thing. Kudos for taking care of yourself. And good genes. Chuck

I believe that age is a state of mind more so than an event that we have to abide by. If we take care of ourselves (I would say that you have taken very good care of your body and with your writing also taken care of your mind and well being) It is hard to see some people that have told themselves that they cannot do things and will sit in their chair and ask others to do the things for them

You seem young at heart and that's what matters the most. With age comes wisdom and I'm 53 and still act half my age. You look great!

There are two alternatives... Getting older, and NOT... I definitely prefer getting older... As far as age is concerned, I still think of myself as 18 - I am just trying to figure out who the old fart in the mirror is...

I do not get too hung up on a persons age. i look to be with people I enjoy not a certain age group. if I had to pick a group I'd have to say I enjoy people my age and older. Many of you ladies are in great shape and I'm enjoying my times for sure.

Age is just a label attached to living life. Lately, when asked my age, I tell them almost 15 years third childhood. Every time I reached thirty five, I advanced to another childhood. It works for me. Join me, forget age, you are alive, upright and mobile. life is now, the past history and only hope for the future. Live and enjoy every second of life.

The only trouble with age is, it keeps creeping up on everyone day by day. there's no getting around it !!
