wouldn't that depend on the other person and situation ? unveiling an 'arsenal' all-at-once might freak some people out

I think that you should tell the person how many toys you have, and the type, before either of you start to have strong feelings for each other. If you wait until you are both in love, you risk disappointing the person if he or she is not into you using toys. Just a precaution.
