Glimpse ...Her Blue Jeans

He walks in the door
and sets down his things.
She didnt hear him come in,
for she was to busy<b> singing
</font></b>and dancing
to the music playing.
She twirls and spins
with the broom in her hand.
The broom is part
dance partner
part microphone.
His smile is as wide
as his cheeks will allow.
He stands there quietly
just enjoying what he is watching.
Spell bound by her beauty.
She wouldnt call herself beautiful,
she didnt have on any make up
or wearing a lil black dress.
No this beauty
transcended all that.
This was her.
This was her happy
in everyday life.
One of her "comfy" tanktops
captured and hid
her feminine curves.
Her blue jeans seemed to sculpt her.
Defined her waist,
captured the curves
of delightful butt
sculpted her thighs
all within
a relaxed fit.
The white sneakers
completed her everyday ensemble.
She worked and danced and sang.
She was free,
she was happy,
she was herself.
In this moment
those were what made her sexier
than any dress or heels
she could ever wear.
He felt happy
and at peace.
Beauty and attraction
and he was content
to just watch.
She was partial startled
and partial embarassed.
She blushed
as he made his way towards her
knwing how off key she must have sounded
and how silly it was to dance.
He touched her cheek
and smiled.
"Thank you."
His eyes peered
into hers.
"You re so very beautiful"
With that he kissed her.
It wasn't a quick peck,
nor was it a deep burning kiss.
Simply a kiss
where they connected.
He wouldnt have to say
another word
for it was now all said.
It was an every day moment
that would make his
every other day
that much more enriched.
She was forever beautiful
because of the natural beauty he saw
with that intimate glimpse
into her true self
as she danced and sang
in her favorite pair of blue jeans.

 Just a quick off the cuff piece. My stories tend to come from a single image or thought and grows. Had this image in my head for some reason and wanted to set it free so to speak. The brevity of the moment didnt seem to cal for a longer more in depth piece, just kind of a quick moment and added to it would only dilute the message I think (but please tell me if you think something could be done differently) . Do apologize if this is even messier than normal since I am literaly typing it here rather than writing it else where and then copying and pasting it in. Basically sat down and banged (snickers @ banged) it out in like 15-20 mins. Thank you for readng

 it was pretty dam cool !!!!!!!!!!! alot of things a man sees in a woman that make him stop an see...but never comments or lets her know.... little things are very important an a man should tell her.

 Hmmmm I would say that you do some very good work 'on the fly'. I would not change a thing...you did good. I especially liked the subtle but concise description of how her clothes fit and how beauty is so much more than clothes or body. Thanks for sharing this with us!
