Thursday...Almost There...Reality Checks... I'm always curious as to how my work week will pan out...the week started off with promises of a busy end of the week into the weekend. As for yesterday (Wednesday), plans have changed, the couple of things in the works disapated...the weekend is looking a bit more calm and uneventful. Other than a trip to see my day on Saturday afternoon, I should be able to get some more projects around the house accomplished. I don't know why but I think the pulled muscle in my left shoulder blade is causing more discomfort and irritation which is telling me I need to go easy on myself and let it heal properly. I'm having a devil-of-a time sleeping as there doesn't seem to be a position that eventually turns bad with pain. I've got to see if I have any muscle relaxers and maybe take one when I get home from work tonight to see if that provides some relief where I can sleep and rest. That's what I get for getting into my last BDSM so intensely...I never gave a thought about the physical position I was in, only that I needed to position the Hitachi wand just so to provide the best extreme vibrating sensation for my sub scrotie!!! At what price?!?!?! I had lunch with one of my married sugar daddies...this particular<b> sugar daddy </font></b>was responsible for me coming to the current firm I work for...he's a partner in the firm, which as we were getting caught up with where each of us is in our lives, we both realized we have not gotten together for a sex since I went to work at the firm back in 2004. It was as though me going to work at the firm shut the door on the sexual possibilities...in actuality, my married friend's wife's career took on a big change, she stopped traveling and started working out of the house...with the wife being in town all the time, the opportunities for my friend to slip away unnoticed disappeared...so, we talked about my friend needing to come over in the next couple of weeks and see my house, see what I've done to it and enjoy each other's sexual company. Then my friend shared with me just how dismal the future is at the firm. It isn't that the firm isn't financially stable...the financial belt will be tightened, jobs will be shuffled, billable hours will be much more strictly monitored...cut-backs will be made, lay-offs may even occur. Not pretty, to say the least. It was as though the curtain of uncertainty was being lifted for a brief moment and I was being shown that there will be subtle changes coming about in the next couple of months...longer if things don't pick-up. This news of toughening times at my work-place, coupled with some rude news about the attorney in our group leaving caused my shoulder spasms to get almost unbearable by the end of yesterday...I easily get caught up in the stress of the situation...and there I was all cramped up in my own spin and whirl...honestly, it doesn't take much right now to send me into a panic about things...between the significant other, the TV, news on the internet and then lunch yesterday, I'm rapidly rising to another full-blown panic. What a freak I am!!! Time to get moving along...hit the shower and brace myself for another work day... Pleasure's a sin, and sometimes sin's a pleasure... - Lord Byron, Don Juan |
