Tuesday... This morning's walking workout went well...I pushed even harder today in hopes of bettering my pace and time. I think I did, I'm pleased with doing 3.2 miles in 48-minutes. That's better than yesterday, now how that will go on the 5k route remains to be seen. I did attend walking group yesterday evening. It was hot, but not nearly as humid. I had been good about hydrating yesterday and decided to do the extra look of our route. We did 2.3 miles in 43-minutes. Considering the heat index was around a 100+, that's pretty good. I didn't get a heat headache, which is a sure sign I've pushed it too far. I was pleased with myself but very aware of how slow my pace is compared to the more experienced walkers. I paid closer attention to our coaches, though I'm becoming disenchanted with one of our coaches. She gets to talking to one of the other coaches and just sort'of forgets the rest of us...we're supposed to be keeping everyone together as much as possible...the slower walkers seem to be getting left farther behind...not sure where this one coach's mind is but it certainly isn't on the welfare of the rest of the group. I noted to myself that it would be better in the next level of walkers...maybe even different coaches!!! I thoroughly enjoyed my luncheon rendezvous with my office<b> sugar daddy. </font></b>We had a most enjoyable fuck...and a nice chat over lunch. I loved how responsive my friend's cock was to my oral attentions. Ahhh, the positive results of oral ministrations!!! I need to get moving along...I would like to get to the office a little earlier the next couple of days...that way I don't have to take any STA time for my leaving early Monday and Thursday and then taking an extra 30-minutes for lunch yesterday. I'm loving that this is a short work week...Thursday will be the office Friday!!!! Have a great Tuesday!! OMG!!! I just realized that if I had stayed married, I would have been married 30-years today!!! Today was my one and only wedding day...the beginning of the Denial of Self Chapter of my life!!! Great job keeping up with the walking. You'll do great race day. Never heard of it called a heat headache. It's just dehydration. You've had one more wedding day than I've ever had. Love, Light, Laughter, Leave a Legacy, Greg
