Update This is an update to my former post Getting My Mojo Back. I was on the road at 0630 this morning for the one way hour and 45 minute trip to Topeka for my hearing. In a low voice he whispered, "I have never had a case be dismissed in all the cases I've defended." We did a good job convincing them in our pre trial brief that you were not at fault. And so it is. Congrats myelin. While I had typical hopes it would all work out, I am a lot more realistic in life now. Things don't always go the way they should, bad things do happen to good people and while I still believe it does most of the time, justice does not always prevail. I am glad your case was dismissed though. Hugs

Sadly...it's too easy to file a case like this......file a suite with no proof....you probably can do it online.....you don't get off your ass and have to do anything. The thought of having to spend a day to drive and present a bullshit case convinced the accuser to stay home....he got his revenge by making you go through this...
