 I hate that that happened to you. There are just jerks in the world and sometimes you just have to ignore them. Due to some physical differences I was treated terribly as a kid and still get the occasional unfeeling moron as an adult. I've decided that they are beneath me and not worth my time. I hope your health is good now, but I know how those things stay with you. When I was 19 I was declared dead. So now every year on that date I celebrate. Not that I was declared dead, but that I came back and am still here over 40 years later.

 I am glad your battle with cancer is in the past and you are well . This man sure didn't give you enough time to build any kind of relationship . Don't worry , he wasn't worth your time or energy . (just my opinion)
