A New Year

A New Year to all my friends that i have met on here, i want to wish you a great new year!!! now i want to tell you that i have taken off some pics of me only because i did it out of revenge aganst the way i was feeling. depression does hit every now and then and that was how i handled it. and the reason for the depression was that i tried all day long to get the hubby up and going and in the end he still ruined it by drinking. so lets start this new year making a promise to ourselves, and that is to make the improvements we need to make and then do what we need to do to make our lives happy. we need to take a good hard look at ourselves to see what needs to be improved. like do we need to loose weight, or get in better shape, or do we need to go to a dentist to see about that bad breath or at least start flossing? if you dont know then ask someone and dont take offence. your friends and your spouse is your best resorce for information. im only saying this is because i want you to be the best you can be. and if you are out there looking for something more then you better look and smell your best at all times. i dont think you want to kiss someone with breath so bad that you have to hold your breath or go down on somone that smells like a can of tuna. i carry a package of cleasning wipes around with me so i dont have that smell on me. anyway its a new year, lets asses ourselves and make the changes we need and if we are overweight then its our health that is at risk. get going happy new year mystic |
