My wife was smiling so big!

We went to a bar Saturday night to shoot some pool. The one we have been going to, didn't have my wife's favorite beer so we left. We stopped a couple of places and they looked like a drunken ho-bag fest so we didnt stop there either.

We went to a bar and there was really nobody there. A waitress/bartender lady came over and asked what we wanted. I got water. The wife got a crown royal and diet coke. We shot a game of pool and she sipped her drink. We finished the game and went and put some money in the jukebox and came back and started a new game.

A different lady came over from the bar and asked my wife for ID. She said the head lady in charge at the bar didn't believe she was over 21.

It was kind of funny considering she had almost killed the drink already and it was a little late to ask that question.

But she was flattered. She said "i'll be 34 this year, but that is fine. I will show you"

All the while smiling

She's so cute!! And she is my baby!

 I thought this was one of those... she came so many times... stories. But this is good too!

I was excited when I was carded at Deer Creek last year during the Jimmy Buffett concert until I learned that they card almost everyone. But for a moment, I felt young again! lol

yeah, they carded me there when i bought some drinks last weekend. it is definately a compliment when they do it because they think they need to. thanks for posting!

It is definately something to put a smile on your face when it happens and it isn't because they card everyone. It happened to me once and then the carded george burns and milton berle after me.
