SHOULD WOMEN TEACHERS HAVING SEX with TEENAGED BOYS BE TREATED and PUNISHED
the SAME WAY as MALE TEACHERS HAVING SEX with TEENAGED GIRLS?

What about MALE<b> teachers </font></b>having sex with teenaged BOYS? OR, FEMALE<b> teachers </font></b>having sex with teenaged GIRLS?

INQUIRING MINDS WANT TO KNOW..

A 22 year old New Jersey English teacher has been accused of having a sexual relationship with a 15-year-old student.

Kalee Warnick, 22, a teacher at Wall High School, in New Jersey, was charged last Tuesday with third-degree aggravated criminal sexual assault and having a sexual relationship with a minor. She reportedly had inappropriate contact with a male student. Further details on the alleged relationship weren't immediately released.

Warnick, a first-year English teacher is EXPECTED TO PLEAD NOT GUILTY according to the New York Daily News.

Warnick was released from jail after posting $50,000 bail. She is scheduled to appear in court on Aug. 6.--today.

Even when the proper lubricant is used, this is a sticky subject--okay my weak attempt at humor is probably out of line here--especially if you currently have teenagers living at home, and worry that your teenagers are sexually active...

My opinion doesn't count for much in these cases.

I did so much as a boy that in today's world could have left a lot of adults in jail if I'd shared secrets with anyone.

When I was and even younger than that, I would have screwed a knothole in a tree or a wooden fence if I could have found a way to keep from getting splinters in my dick.

Sexual things were handled much differently sixty years ago. This young teacher back "in the day", probably would have gotten a slap on the wrist, a lecture not to do it again, and a transfer to another school where she wasn't known.

We're supposesedly living in a more sexually liberated time, but don't waste your energy telling that to the sex police or the prosecutor's looking for a "big sex story" to further their political careers.

    The problem lies in the position of authority she has over the student. We don't know if she used her position of authority to initiate the relationship and this should dictate the level of punishment she receives. She should at a minimum lose her job for not knowing better.
Thank you for a very "common sense" approach to this ballooning sexual problem going on all over our country these days.

The position of authority always enters in the picture when the people involved are on disparate levels. xoxo david
