One more notch in my belt
There have been a few people who have chatted with me and remarked that they don't think I'm<b> overweight. </font></b>I thought I'd show everyone this picture, as opposed to a similar one I have that is more flattering. This is me last night. I'm not saying I'm obese, because I'm clearly not. But you can see a significant paunch on me. I am making progress, though. You may be able to tell that I'm on the second hole on this belt. It's a little tight, but it's measurable progress, as I wasn't able to do that earlier. This morning, I weighed in at 213 pounds.
