Here is the topic for AFF!

Boobies and dicks! Until a few days ago I would have thought they had nothing in common. So I find out that breast cancer and prostate cancer is almost the same cancer. So to start off, it appears that I do not have prostate cancer. This is the news I have been waiting on for several weeks.

But my meeting with the Doc was very interesting. So guys pay attention here. In the next couple of years they will have a genetic screening test for the prostate cancer gene. Several of the breast cancer treatments are showing alot of promise in also treating Prostate cancer. So My Doc also told me there are 5 things every guy can do to lower his risk. Unless you are allergic to any of these items. As always talk to your Dr. first.

1 Take a baby asprin a day

2 eat tomatoes

3 take 400 IU of vitamin E daily

4 Take selenium

5 eat broccoli once a week.

Thats it! seems easy enough. Now if I can get over this crud I have now.
