Being who you are..... For some reason, certain people seem to want to bring drama to whatever setting they are in. There doesn't have to be a reason for them to spread rumors about other people. Maybe that makes them feel a little better about themselves. I don't really understand what makes those people tick. All I can do is try to continue to be the person that I know I am. Not react to their negativity. |

Great perspective Wantu. Cannot really control what others do. Giving it fuel by discussion on gives the appearance to those uneducated on the topic reason to believe whomever beats their chests the loudest.  Warm summer thoughts.

I have always said that the internet is a place where people come to be who they cant be at home, act out immaturely and assassinate peoples' characters for kicks and giggles. Whenever I find myself in a road rage type of incident is 1, Nothing physical can happen so ignore it. 2 if it persists put the idiot on ignore and report the profile. Its been my experience that the " IGGY" button works wonders but unfortunately reporting a profile doesnt. You would think the site would frown on the shit disturbers, the fakes and fonies that are here but they dont. I find that kind of odd..there should be consequences and then a final boot..1st offense..take something away for awhile. 2nd a 10 day ban to let the person know that the next time its permanent. When I say ban..no coming on the site period until the time is up. 3rd..pack your shit..banned for life...i think if they were to implement some of these things, it just may give some of us a breath of fresh air.. Some find it hard to do but the best course of action is to ban, report and delete them. If you respond in kind you can get deleted yourself. Although it can be fun, they are generally idiots. LOL It is a lot more effort to create a profile than it is to click on on few buttons. Once the trolls know they can't mess with you effectively they leave you alone. I got one guy banned four times in four days before he gave up. All I did to rile him up was to support a fellow blogger from attacks. I got four different people banned early in my blogging days but haven't seen a troll since.   The perversity of the universe is unbounded.
