New AFF Email At first I thought it might be me, I am, after all, not the most facile when it comes to "social networking" I really have a hard time understanding what all the fuss is about with Facebook for instance. But after using FriendFinder-x's new email for awhile it is clear that they really messed up again. Anyone else notice that now when you attach a photo that the bottom of it gets cut off? You cannot even move it. All the various panels have to be separately scrolled in order to see all of a given email or email string. If you look at an email but do not immediately reply it gets completely lost and it is very, very hard to search back. Really? The people who design these websites need to actually use them. Not just use them with a few contacts. Try using them when you have a very popular profile because you are a couple with an extremely attractive,<b> hot wife </font></b>who is actually interested in meeting with single guys. Then try it over a long period of time. Then try to go back and find previous contacts in another part of the country where you visit from time to time. They need a way that we can organize, search, and highlight our contacts and, of course, save this information over years. We have been paying a lot for this "service" over many years, we should be able to access our history. Anyone else have any thoughts on this? |

I agree with you, it's an awful platform. Same with chat. I set up a yahoo email just for this, and get people to contact me there once we connect here. Regarding the picture problem, it's something to do with the browser. Zoom out by hitting ctrl- a time or two. the font size will be tiny but you'll see the picture.

it's horrible..the replies are at the bottom i like it at the top, newest email responses first...people say my email isnt coming over just all my bling..its horrible    je ne regrette rien

Regarding FriendFinder-x, it would be nice if they introduced real customer service some day!

It's just like their IM. Or pretty much the rest of the site. They sucker you into paying up so that you can even answer an email if you are standard from what I understand. Like the point system...I all of a sudden lost tons of points and new ones don't add very fast.

I don't know if you monitor this blog, but because as a standard member I can neither send messages nor read the ones sent to me, I thought I would try to contact you here. We hooked up years ago at your lovely place by the river. Your wife was at work, but we watched slides of her together and then jacked off together.

I've noticed real problems sending pictures, so I no longer try to send them unless requested. If I try with an initial message, the computer freezes and I have to turn it off and start it over. With a reply to my message, that still happens sometimes. Grrr... '
