Tazzerman is NOT happy!
Tazzerman is NOT happy! Don't ya HATE it when you lose a blog post? I've spent a good portion of today writing, what I hoped was going to be a GREAT post, and then I lost it all! I can't blame this site though. I learned a long time ago to NEVER write a long post here on the site. I've lost too many of them over the years. So, I always write em up on my local notebook, save em and THEN upload/post them. Well, I didn't realize that the power cord had come un-plugged to my notebook and with NO fucking warning, just as I quite literaly put the final period in place and was about to save the file. The fucking NOTEBOOK shutdown! Yes, I lost everything and since I use Wordpad for these posts due to it's plain text formatting, there wasn't a draft auto-saved that I could revert to either. Argggggh! I was so pissed I actually scared poor ol Jake away.. He got up and walked back to his 'Fortress of Solitude' as 'Mona' calls it. He's back now though. I told him I wasn't mad anymore and everything was alright... He's SO sensitive to my feelings/emotions and I try to reassure him but still...... OK, I'm gonna rewrite the WHOLE fucking thing... Stay tuned -tm |

It's one of Murphy's laws that batteries die at the most inopportune times. I wrote a post last night; decided to edit it and the whole post disappeared. So I rewrote the post and once again I needed to edit it. The title of the 1st lost post reappeared even though I had changed the title so I edited the title while I was editing and I moved a piece of text to another place on the page. I clicked to view and the text was in its original position and the title had reverted back. Several edits later, it's now viewable. It was a lesson in patience and perseverance.

Never ignore those who care for you you will have lost diamonds while you were collecting stones
