I knew I shouldn't have posted anything or said a word to anyone about the job thing,... Fukkin jinx!
Seems t'other day we were all at the store in the food court and one of the oher managers saw us together and feels that our reationship is too close for me to be working in the building attached to where Jamie works.
The BS excuse? They believe that due to the location of the store and lack of a solid security presence, we would be more likely to set up a scam & rip off the store. They are paranoid about this due to the fact thee was a couple that worked there that took the store for $17,000 in goods before they were caught. The ironic part is they worked different departments on opposing shifts in the main store where security is pretty tiht, and STILL got off with 17K!
Now nevermind the fact that this is personaly insulting and borders on discrimination based on some BS paranoia, it's not like any one of the employees couldn't set something up with a coworker if they wanted to.
So yeah, they are still trying to get me over here, but looks bad. SO wanna bounce someone off a wall right now. Ignorant people are a waste of protoplasm,...

OK, house FINALLY closed. Mother FUCK it's about gawdamned time too,...
Between our bank bein knobs and taking forever to approve the short sale offers, and in that time the buyers bank changed policy and tanked thier pre approval status, add on our "cash offer" buyer didn't actualy have the assets on hand,...
I swear, if you dont have cash money to buy a house these days, dont frikkin bother. Seriously,...
I got an upgrade in the job dept. At least it's in work,...
Got a lateral transfer from a part time zero bennies gig, to a full time full bennies gig. & all at a better pay rate too!
However my current boss is draggin ass letting me go for the transfer. Might be a side effect of being better at the harder special projects, or not having been doing it so long as to develop a "screw working hard, half ass it" attitude.
Ah well, inevitable either way, we're just hoping it happens before Halloween so we can go out!
Had a M&G last Saturday. Wasn't a crashing success, but we did get a decent showing and best of all got to visit with some good people.
Still considereing moving the meet back to the mainland. Too few of the locals make it out and we simply had better attendance in Mount Vernon. It's a pain in the ass to drive that far to host our own meet, but it's about getting people together, not my personal convenience.
Regardless, it'll be nice when we have our shit together and can afford to go out more often.

OK, a couple folks who look at thismess more often will note the absence of a few posts. We're trying to move past some things and as part of that, some posts are gone.
There's been too much bad shit goin down w/o focusing on things that dont involve us, even though we have lost contact with several good folks over what boils down to a difference in oppinion.
House in CA is suppoed to close soon. Fkk'n banks, they can even screw up a cash sale! Typical,...
We're gettin our shit together. Jamie and James are back to work, still adjusting finances and trying to get caught up, but working at least. We're hopeful anyway.
As for our relationship, we're progressing well, sometimes ya just have to take a step back and have a hard look at what's goin on is all.
We've scheduled a M&G for October and are REALLY looking orward to getting out again. We miss seeing our pervy freinds, and the sad fact is we typicaly dont have the opportunity to see anyone on a regular basis, so the M&Gs are a real treat for us.

Aside from the people that are being dinks (as dicussed in last post), other things are starting to pile up around here we need to take care of bizznizz!
As of now only one of us has a job, Jamie still has to pass the state testing requirements to start her new job, and they dont mae it easy. It also costs us every time she takes it and we are beyond flat ass fkk'n broke at the moment. Which brings us to the big point,...
We're gonna have to back off the meets, events, what have you until we can get this albatros of a house in CA sold, pay down the bills that are looming increasingly in the background, and get Jamie to work. The foam party and car show last Saturday were a good time, yet a horrible financial choice as we really couldn't afford to go to either of them, never mind both and we are now in the red.
We also need to take some serious time for the three of us and concentrate on solidifying our relationship and basicly take care of "us" for a lil while. Understandably everything that has happened to us since January 12th has been stressful, at times overwhelming, and has brought considerable strain into our lives as individuals, nevermind as a triad.
So yeah, no Oak Harbor M&G until we get our shit together. No traveling for anything that is not seriously important or doesn't bring in money either. We're pretty well fook'd and have to suck it up for a while.
Y'all have fun, we'll keep updating as we can and let everyoneknow when we are back in a place where we can start doing the meets again.

Seems like more folks we usualy talk to are dropping out on us. Either we're being blocked, openly ignored, whatever, but it's become obvious that there's a gap in there.
I dont know why, however I have suspicions that some folks or others may be spreading shit about us and either turning folks off on us, or just making them stand back because of some perception of drama potential.
Lets adress this right here & now:
1. IF anyone approaches or has approached you with some rumor, theory, or outright statement of alleged fact about us, PLEASE feel free to ask anything of us. Dont base your reaction on the drama you are being threatened with (wich in itself is drama anyway, you should seriously look to whomever is talking to you first). We will answer any inquiries truthfully to the best extent possible, & not ask you who it came from. If you dont like what you hear, by all means do as you please.
2. IF you are worried about potential drama or other fallout from our association with one person, groups of people, or anything else, dont. Anyone that actualy knows us knows we dont peddle rumors, lies, or hate. We listen to everyone equally & respectufuly. And even so, what we may or may not tell people we base only in known fact (if we have a plausible theory, we may share that stating it is ONLY a theory and what facts we have to support it), not raw speculation, nor rumor.
3. Irregardless of what people may think, believe, state as fact or fiction, I do not take sides or make final judgements based on anything but proven fact, (even if I have a potential theory it is not final until proven). I am the person you want on your jury, I am the person you want to investigate your problem/s, I am the judge you want, because if someone can convince ME that something is fact, then it is most likely without a doubt fact.
4. I will never, EVER, abandon those people that have made it to a very small and exclusinve group of people we call freinds, alienate anyone else for that matter, or make new enemies, based on the opinion of others. I am the ultimate neutral ground.
Now, if you are too chickenshit to try #1, cant get past the matter discussed in #2, cant believe #3, dont understand #4, or any combination thereof, by all by all means, drop out and peace be with you.
But at least have the BALLS to say so.
I dont like to bother people that dont want to talk to us, so please grow at least one ball and let us know whats up one way or the other.

Jamie should be starting her new job next week, and I got hired and start next week as well. Been over 6 months for me, and almost 4 for Jamie, it's about fkk'n time!
Last week I managed to get a hauling gig with the old truck and moved over 200,000lbs of dirt for a guy, drag was the last mile mile of the trip was uphill, unpaved, and averaged 30 degree grades. Took 22 trips and 9 hours, the old truck hasn't worked like that in decades & beat my ass for it. Know why old truckers had huge arms too, no power steering can be a bitch!
So, we're starting to get our crap together now, and if all goes well the house in CA will be off the market next week as well.

So! Lets see now.
Everyone is healthy(er) and doin well. Typical day to day life around here, just making it by as we can.
Sale of our lovely lil house in CA is approved and pending, should be one less monkey on our backs within the next couple weeks.
Jamie will have her job once she gets her class out of the way early next month. if the people she'll be working for are telling her the truth, she should be making roughly what I was making in the Navy.
I, James, had a phone interview today but the phone crapped the incoming call and missed it, twice,... So, we can probably write that one off as an epic fail. Fkk'n T-Mobile!!
Otherwise we're still working on getting the hauling business off the deck, have had some activy recently & may have a couple jobs in the works. Got the trailer set up with new rubber and ready to go, but still have to work out funding for the tractor, what else is new.
Baby steps, woot!
The meet & greets are going well, altho this stuff with people being afraid to go out to meets North of Seattle is getting silly. There's less chance of major issues going down with the smaller groups here, where people re familiar with eachother and tend to look after eachother and the new folks.
Whatever floats it for people tho, we never expect anyone who's not comfortable to come out, too much chance for drama and we try to avoid drama as much as possible.
On the drama note, we're also finding it necesarry to avoid interacting with some of those folks that cant understand that we dont take sides, dont judge, and dont write off friends. Not that we go out of our way to interact with people that sustain such nonconsquential garbage, but too many of them were people we thought we could trust, people we thought were freinds,...
It's agrivatng in some respects, sure, nobody likes to lose a freind, envermind a handfull of them. But motly it's saddening that some folks have such a narrow view of people that they would assign guilt by association. If it were a widely accepted and moreover a sensble practice, there would be precious few people with any friends at all. After all, we've all known bad people, and many of us have done bad things, some worse than others in both respects. Does it define who we are in the here & now?
Meh, whatever. Tired of beating this same to death, but some folks just cant stop dropping in your lap every time they open thier trap. How sad for them,...
& by the by, the reason I kicked this particular one more time, here in our blog? t's so people who dont know us, or think they do, will know with certainty that while we do miss our former friends, we have no time for anyones senseless shit.

OK, complications from surgery and some nasty cold/flu action have dropped the house into the dirt for a while. But overall we are all well and good now.
No joy on the job search front, and the home business is still stagnant. Jamie does has an offer on the tabe, but it requires her to goto a state licencing class before she can start work.
We're still keeping it above water tho, just takin it as it comes.
James is getting more done on his photography, has a new model on the hook for a shoot, and if it goes well should be doing some pretty edgy shoots down the road. Another one he's worked with before is coming back to the area and wants to do some real off the wall stuff. No money coming in from it, but it's fun for everyone because we all help out with the setup and production. Good times. 
Our 1st M&G in Oak harbor went well, and we are looking forward to the next one in a week. The foam party was a great time, altho we wish more of our local freinds would have made it out. More because we miss them than anything tho. We're gonna make a real effort to make all the foam parties and keep the Oak Harbor meet the same date as usual. Not sure if we'll have the ability to start up the Mt.Vernon M&G again, we'll play that as it comes.
So yeah, life is OK, enjoying this weather and eachother. just gettin by as we can.
Hope everyone else is doin as well if not better.

Deni made it through surgery OK

Basic message there, her gall bladder surgery went well. Although there didn't seem to be anything wrong in all of the tests she had done other than a lower than average output, when the doc got it out he said it looked angry. Very inflamed and irritated.
SO! We are hopeful that once she recovers from the bruises and 4 puncture wounds that Deni will be back up to her old happy(ish) self and we can get out & about again like we used to. The last couple days of recovery have been harsh, but she seems to be gaining on it. She'll still be a bit tender at the meet this weekend, but she's definately looking forward to it.
In other news, there IS no other news. House still not sold, nothing ravingly interesting to report. So, I'm gonna get off here and go work on our garden, lots of seedlings to replant, fun stuff.

We're semi settled, still adjusting things and making changes (the new office setup is suh-weet!). Have a ways to go, but we're makin headway bit by bit.
Been makin a few out of state runs and helpin out some folks with moves, seems like we haven't stopped moving things in over a month. I SO could not do this for a living!
Been shopping for a loader so we can make a serious go of the hauling business tho, but not doing what we've been doing. Have the old dump truck, almost have a trailer, once we have a loader I can get to doin some serious work in the local area. Have to see what happens with the house tho, it's already makin a ding in our credit rating.
Speaking of, the house is awaiting short sale approval on a $195K bid. Should go thru, thier only other option is forclosure and I'm sure Wells Fargo doesn't want to go there. However, I'm not gonna be suprised if some rubber stamp fuck tard does it anyway,... We shall see.
Local news, we're still in the "hurry up and wait" mode with the trial mentioned in the last post. Also, with the revival of the case people are getting thier hackles up again because we refuse to form a yes or no (rather guilty or non) opinion without definative evidence. If a load of folks want to say this person is guilty based on information that even the police couldn't use to build a case, thats thier business. If they want to persecute and alienate us because we're not sheep, that's also thier business. When I see any of them get off thier asses and come to the trial, I might have some regard for thier opinion of us. Till then, not so much.

There's a high profile case involving several people we know locally. A murder case, where a single man we knew was killed by the husband of a couple we know. Allegations are because he went into a rage because his wife and the victim were getting closer than he liked. the real story is not so simple, and definately not so short, but it is not my place to lay it out there.
We've all been watching it closely, not forming an oppinion either way, seeing what develops because nothing I have seen or heard has givin me reason to. Not saying innocent or guilty without cause, there's too much unanswered, too much potential, and I have told them as much. Is it possible? Sure it's possible, and in a case based on circumstantial evidence, there are always other people that would have had motive. Unlike some people out there I dont judge on circumstance or "gut feeling".
Sadly, many people who were once close freinds have been torn apart by what in most cases is simply an opinion. Add on some tag alongs that will believe anything you tell them, and you have quite a movement looking for blood. Not at all interested in wether justice is served, particularly on the right person, just that the object of thier obsession pays the price for thier amusement.
We are constantly assaulted by the rantings of these people that are hungry for alleged vengance, yet rely solely on the media for input. The media has about 10% of the facts, and skews 8% of that to make it "newsworthy". Take the silly cow they have on the news all the time as the victims g/f, crying over losing the "love of my life". A woman that also claims to not have been aware of his other lifestyle, or of ever having met the accused. She was a companion at best, a sugar-momma at worst. She knew damned good and well about his life, she'd met many of the people in it, including the accused (we were there for a couple of those meetings, altho she was always trashed so maybe she honestly doesn't remember it), she may only be unaware of the number of other women he was seeing at the time of his demise. We also note that she never mentions to the media that they hadn't been seeing each other for several weeks prior as well.
Regardless, several of the news sites have changed the story enough over the last year to make it sound better, to keep people interested. The screamers have little care for that because thier minds have been set into the rut of blind belief. We prefer to find things out 1st hand and actualy went to, and will continue to go to the trial proceedings in person.
One thing that tickles me with irony is a number of people in our area have banned themselves from attending even simple dinner meets. Claiming that people North of Seattle are not safe anymore, too many problems, whatever other delusions that pop up. The irony, and hilarity of this is they will happily trot down to larger meets in the South where there is a well known history of stalkers, assualts, & a couple of . Events associated with people from this site and many times associated with the meets, none things we have dealt with at the Northern meets. But all of us that stay up North are crazy and flirting with disiaster?...
It is frustrating to see people feeding on so little information, yet unwilling to get it. I know I cant lead them to water or make them drink, so I let them squabble and rant, and I go on doing what I always do. I watch, I listen, I remember, but I never judge until judgement is due.

Seriously tho, we're still here. Still trying to get settled in, but between this that & the other thing, it's slow going. Also giving a friend of ours some help with moving back from out of state, so that can eat a couple days at a time too.
Job search is crap, but thats pretty much the story world wide, so wont beat that dead .
Deni is going in for surgery in a couple weeks to have her gall bladder out. We are hopeful that it will aleviate her constant pain and allow us to get back to a more regular social life.
