Careful With That Axe, Eugene...... A.K.A One Of These Days I’m Going To Cut You Into Little Pieces…. Lol you can always rely on Pink Floyd for a snappy title  Yes well, that was this morning… Stress…who needs it? Well…actually we all do It’s what makes us get things done…. It’s all in how you handle it… It’s a useful tool to spur you on….if you can take it…. Now I’m an easy going guy pretty much….and it takes a lot to make me lose my “cool” if I can use that word in association with myself lol (Note: “Cool “ and I are not usually found in the same sentence unless we’re discussing the weather lol you’d have to go a long way to find someone less cool than me lmao) Over the last few days I’ve found myself a little snappy and irritable…..which is what usually happens when the stress is constant. Normally I can take a breath and relax and get back on an even keel, but these last few weeks it’s been one thing after another. I can take things going wrong etc no problem….what I can’t stomach is things going wrong due to sheer stupidity or indeed just other people’s stupidity in general lol Anyway…that was a tangent lol The real point is as long as you can blow off steam now and again stress is an acceptable part of daily life. It’s when you can’t “switch off” that it becomes dangerous…. I like to take a drive with something heavy playing full blast on the stereo…. Or playing guitar really really loudly lol And of course there’s always the best stress relief going….sex….  Yes, you must have known THAT was coming…lol People underestimate the stress relieving properties of good sex with an amazing partner…. It leaves you feeling….ummmm…complacent?? Hmmm that’s actually a pretty good description….. Let’s check the dictionary…. complacent (comparitive more complacent, superlative most complacent) 1. Uncritically satisfied with oneself or one's achievements; smug 2. Apathetic with regard to an apparent need or problem. Wow….who’d have thought it….that’s PERFECT….  I must have had some good<b> teachers </font></b>in my time….lol See??? Told you “cool” and I don’t belong in the same sentence Mind you they also tend to underestimate to contribution the lack thereof makes to your “stress level” too lol Maybe that’s why I’m so uptight right now…. Well that’s my excuse and I’m going to stick to it And lets face it…that only leaves one known cure…..  Now who wants to get all complacent with me?? Spuds Stress? What the hell is stress? The best definition I have heard is "The inability for someone to fulfill their responsibilities." Never did understand what stress was or is, but that definition does make some sense.  So going "complacent" on you? Nope. Ever been stressed? Nope. Self-satisfied? Yup. Has my Bose stereo ever been used to blast music? On a very few occasions. Rather listen to that deep throaty lustful rumble of the dual exhaust, confirming there is POWER under the hood. While at Home Depot lastnight, I was explaining to the guy what I was looking for and he suggested that I order in a mini version of one of the best they got (fits in your purse) He says that is has a special "magic" sensor built right in that can sense a real STUD fifteen feet away and will beep and vibrate in your purse when he is next to you. They are a bit pricey but "WOW" I order two just incase. I figure I could keep one at home well ya know it does vibrate....
