So far so good

So far so good It's been a busy week or so! We went and picked up 4 more baby chicks 4 days older than the one that hatched. We ordered some more eggs that will be here in a week or so to give it another go. PF really wants the Plymouth rocks.  I got my court paper work. I will finally get some support for the girls!  It will be nice to be able to afford the stuff they want to do a lot easier without having PF have to pay for it. (Not that it bothers him, it just makes me mad their dad wasn't helping out.)  I got the Guardian Ad Litem I requested. The Boy got sent to Juvenile Hall, presumably until he is 18 in 2 years. That should make the no contact order easier to keep in effect. Dirty Bitch got arrested for The Boy smoking her pot with another . It was in the paper. She has court in May.  I wonder if they found her crack too. I presume the protective services will be involved because she still has the 9 year old twins living with her.  Perhaps jail time? That'd be nice.  Cinderella's counselor had a hard talk with her about sneaking around and such. Apparently Cinderella thinks she can change everyone in the dynamics of that dysfunction.  Poor girl carries the weight of the world with her sometimes. Drama Queen has a friend over, Cinderella will have one over tomorrow. School vacations are a lot of fun. It's just too bad the weather isn't nicer. It's damned cold out there! Some examples of how the midgets have my brain to mouth filter malfunctions: The Wee One is obsessed with wanting to have a penis. She thinks it's the coolest thing ever that boys can pee standing up. She came out of the shower the other day holding herself in a very amusing stance and asked me if I could see her penis.  I told her she didn't have a penis, she has a vagina. "Yeah, a gina! See my gina?" TQoNP tried to correct her, "It's called a Ba-gina!"  When I dropped TQoNP off to preschool Friday her fly was down. I pointed it out to her and said it needed to be zipped up. "Why? Can you see my vagina?" I asked Drama Queen to point out the boy Cinderella's been crushing on at a school function. I was thinking a lot more hush hush, she just runs up to him and sticks her finger about a half inch from his nose and announces "That's him mom!"  Thankfully for Cinderella, he had no idea what it was all about. Cinderella...gawd, she has almost no filter...ever. She's told me so much stuff that nothing that wouldn't completely embarrass her is coming to mind. And another one from me: We had a bed malfunction at work. The controls weren't working to raise it. Maintenance had to come and get it to fix it. I was walking by and said the first thing that came to my mind when I saw it completely raised to be wheeled out of the room. "Thank gawd you finally got it up!"  It caused a few embarrassed laughs.   |

Told ya so!  Can't wait to see pics of the babies! I used to keep chickens when I was a kid, there is nothing cuter than watching the little ones when they are learning how to scratch with Mama. PF said he took some of the hatchling, and I'll try to snap a couple off today. It's sunny out. I'm sure it was. I just kinda had to walk away while giggling like a nut job.

Well, it all looks like good news except the weather (It's been glorious over here over for the last 4/5 days now) As for the midgets; they seem to be growing up fast
