I'm back for more...
Thanks for your well wishes after my surgery!!!

I'm doing well physically now. I still have some hurdles to clear but for the most part all is well

Mentally, I've had better days. But I've also had MUCH worse and I try to keep that in perspective when I'm down.

I've looked in the mirror and decided that it's time to tone up and get back into shape. I'm pissed that I've let these extra pounds creep up on me. I use food as a crutch. I use it to make myself feel better when I'm down. And I can no longer deny it but I am addicted to sugar.

I can usually stick to a program once I start, it's the getting started that has been a problem lately. Too much stress and UNNECESSARY BULLSHIT. NO MOTHERFUCKING MORE. I'm done. It's about ME now. The only way I'm going to get what I need out of life is to be:
THIN
HEALTHY
and
SMOKING FUKKIN HOT

and there's only one way to do it:
EAT HEALTHY
and
EXERCISE A HELL OF A LOT MORE
Period.

And I'm going to do it. Mark my words, if you've never believed anything I've ever said, you can believe this:
I WILL DO THIS.

I have to. For MYSELF. So I can be happy and get what I want out of life. WHAT I DESERVE. I intend to fucking LIVE and be happy until I'm too old to think straight. I haven't been this determined to get into shape since I decided to leave my hubby. And I did it then...40 pounds.
I will do it again.
25 pounds is my goal and I WILL do it by September 1st.

 Well, good luck!! I have been the receipiant of a few unwanted pounds...LOL!!! Now, I got a bit of a beer belly and HATE beer??LOL!!

Anyways!! Yeah, spent the last 18 years watching what I ate...and let meself go recently...back to working out though and YES...all the easy chicks are once again flocking too Dice!!!! BUT ISN'T THAT THE WAY OF EASY CHICKS ANYWAYS???

 Hi hun

sounds like we are on a similiar road, I am having to make lifestyle changes to for some of my health problems. wish mine was only 25 , but I ahve a good excuse my thyoid went whacky and I put on tremendous weight but hey I fight to win.
never give up !!
