Shy at the doctor's office.

The other day I had to go to the doctor for a insurance update physical. I do admit that I was nervous and shy when they told me to undress and put on the gown.

Don't know why I was with me being in swinging and having lot's of people seeing me full naked at times. I guess it was just the feeling of me being out of my swinging safety zone that made me feel a little shy or uneasy about the physical exam.

After I was sure happy to have it done and was able to get out of there and back home.

Has anyone ever been confronted with this kind of experience

 I don't like going to see a doctor unless I have to. I feel the same way you do. For some reason I feel awkward getting undressed in the doctors office, but at a group party I say

 I have a woman doctor and feel comfortable seeing her which is not very often.
