Just checkin Ok so Im Sitting here waiting.... What to do... Take a leap and fall flat on my face or just be another failed attempt at something.... Prime example.... Opportunity knocks I'm just not sure about the answering the door thing.... Alot of people have said are all girls on here fakes.... Nope Alot of us are real.... I said something to a "cub" yesterday why is it that young cute ones are on here.... They'd be the best catches....my other response is the cute young ones on here also 7/10 times have gf or attachments... .... Another dilemma.... I don't take getting bitched at from your wife or gf.... Been there done that.... I won't blow your secret but come on.... Little girls are vindictive and sneaky fucking bitches.... If she don't trust you she will catch you...I am d/d free want to and like to keep it this way.... Looking for a cub to play with.... Take things easy not just be a piece.... Challenge me.... Hey, Timefor_morehere How's it going? This is kinda in answer to this thread but also some of the other rants. While I agree there are a lot of idiots on here (and in the real world as well, just maybe a little more here) there are a couple of things you may not be aware of. If you already know them, then NEVERMIND (Ruth Buzzy on Laugh-In). Do you realize that standard or free members cannot read the profiles? All they can read is the little teaser that pops up when you put the cursor over your pic. But obviously, since I am writing this and am a standard member, free members can read blogs and post on them. That is why, as a courtesy to standard members, I have copied and pasted my profile onto my blog. Then there is no excuse for not reading it. But it is rather hard to fault someone for not reading something they cannot see. (Should I duck yet? hahaha) You can easily see if the person is a silver or gold member and if they are not please realize it is not possible for them to read your profile unless you post it on here. Unless you only want to meet silver and gold. But even then it is not the standard member's fault. It is also difficult for standard members to send e-mails. Each e-mail costs 200 points. Since 1,000 points cost $10, that is $1 for 100 points or $2 per e-mail. Of course you do get some free points for posting, etc. but only so many times. I have also found a way to help others contact me if they are standard members. You start a thread titled "Private Messages" or I used "To Contact Me" and when you set up the thread, check the box that you want to pre-review all posts before they go public. That way, you can read them and if you never approve them, no one else can. I got the idea from a blog that had such a thread. It had 0 comments and 38 pending approval, so apparently it works. I have ben a member for 8 years or more, but just used the IM to watch cams until a couple of months ago, when I discovered the blogs and started learning their secrets and loopholes. And you know as well as I that just because people don't have enough discretionary income to afford a membership does not mean they are not good people. So I would humbly suggest you help out those trying to reach you. You may be very pleasantly surprised. Then again you may not be, but at least it is worth a try. It only costs time, the time used to set it up and then read the posts. I would appreciate it if you would check out my blog if and when you have time. There are only 2 posts on it so far, but as I mentioned it has only been up for a month or 2. If you ever need any help or advice on such things, just let me know. I repaired electronics for over 30 years and have worked with computers on and off since about 1970, when the one at college had to have its own building, it was so large. Anyhow, I hope you don't mind such a long post. If you do, I apologize. P.S.: I would enjoy chatting with you some time if you are ever interested at all. Hi I was a owner operator for 15 yrs, loved the driving, at times it was a jobcation, other times it was hell. People dont know how to drive and dont care...those damn truckers... I challenge them to name two things in their home that have never been on a truck. I also owned a second truck and had a couple different drivers in it, lazy is all I can say. Take the shortest runs and complain their pay was small. go figure. Two yrs ago, I parked it and went to a real job, state corrections, so now I babysit, idiots who will probly never figure it out. Oh well, it does have very good benfits, retirement, and paid vacations and sick leave, which I never had while trucking. If my wheels arent turning, I aint earning. Since I am a relative 'greenhorn', despite my age, to this online meet-n-greet format, bear with me if I seem somewhat out of place as I am learning as I go along! I will be brief since I 'do' read and not just look and see that you are in hiatus for the time being, but I just wanted to say hello and that your blogs are terrific! I love the fact you put it in the right perspective as far as the dating part of these sites go....like i said, im new to this and thats due to the reasons you stated so genuinely; who knows what you might find or get from here; and thats why I havent attempted, til now, to venture into the cyberworld of match making! So again, Hi, and keep in touch if you wish and from a one heavy hauler to another....keep on truckin! p.s. I dont drive long haul OTR...im a local kinda guy drivin Quad-axles! Mike
