belly piercing or not??
I'm thinking about getting a belly ring but wondering if any girl can pull it off. Does she need to be at least of average size, or must she absolutely have a tight, tiny waist?

at least an average frame.

 Do it for yourself, not because of what someone else may think. Just simpler to make sure what you see in the mirror is liked by who's looking in the mirror; irrelevant to someone looking through a window.
