The issue of who gave the fatal dose of Propofol is only relevant as to the degree of direct responsibility for Jackson's death. Murray made a long series of crucial, willful and poor choices that ultimately resulted in that death. Consider: Had Murray done even just ONE of the things above properly, Jackson might have lived. The degree of just plain incompetence is staggering. But incompetence when you're taking responsibility for a human life is also negligence. And that can only point to Involuntary Manslaughter. More telling, she and the other woman had the same lawyer Bennett. Now we find that this previous accuser had bankrupcy, unpaid rent, unpaid loans and checkered financial past. Cain should have his lawyer sue these women, that would shut them up because they have no proof all this happened. She said, he said. These women make me embarrassed... This climate of professional blackmailing women is disgusting!!! Ideally they all look just to pay them to make them go away. And these women know it. The government argues that there is no need for probable cause or even reasonable suspicion to place a tracking device on any automobile. If this gets upheld, will the government then legislate GPS as factory equipment in all cars? We will ALL be under the watchful eye of Big Brother. But, once the cop's GPS was attached to Jones' vehicle, did he then have 9/10ths possession, and thus legal ownership of the device? So, that when the cops retrieved the GPS they actually stole from Jones, and when they searched the memory of the GPS without Jones' permission, then wasn't the search an invasion of Jones' privacy? While the GPS was in Jones' possession, he made latent modifications to the memory as it logged his travels, who holds copyright over that latent modification, Jones or cops? It is clear, that Jones possessed/owned the vehicle and he was not an employee of cops. If the latent modification belongs to Jones, by copyright, then can Jones sue cops for infringement? I'm all for arrests for drugs, terrorism, whatever. This is too intrusive. Your car should be as sacred as your home until probable cause or at least reasonable suspicion is dictated as you apply for a search warrant or eavesdropping warrant. What ever happened to the old gum shoe investigative skills that were used to develop the need for a warrant as in the past. This is lazy investigating on the part of the investigators. I hope the Court rules in favor of the public on this. Why wouldn't you try to help the police in any way possible. Who cares if they ask you to have separate interviews. When you have nothing to hide, you hide nothing. You don't fail a poly, keep changing your story, and lawyer up with a high visibility lawyer. You do the interviews with police on their terms, you allow the other witnesses (her sons,) to be interviewed, you over turn every piece of dirt in 1,000 square miles day and night searching for that small lost baby. Unless of course, you KNOW their is nothing to be gained by finding her, except a lifetime in prison. This is such a sad case. I feel so sorry for the in homes of worthless parents. In talking about Tebow, he referenced the Scripture that says God uses the foolish things to confound the wise. I believe he's exactly right...the success Tebow is having right now is, in my opinion, directly proportional to the amount of honor and glory he's giving to God. It has nothing to do with his natural abilities or his "non-abilities." God is no respecter of persons. God is not a Denver Broncos fan. He, is, however, greatly interested in displaying His own glory and character, and when someone like Tebow---who all the so-called "wise" experts say isn't a good quarterback---continues to go out there and play his heart out and give God all the glory, then God has a definite interest in using Tim's "foolishness" to confound the wise and to bring glory to Himself. I like what Aaron Rodgers said after the Super Bowl earlier this year---that God doesn't care who wins or loses, as long as He gets the glory. Tim's giving God more glory than any other NFL player out there right now that I know of, and because of that, God is honoring him. This doesn't mean Tim is more "special" or more "loved" by God than anyone else...it just means he's got his priorities right. It would be nice if more Christian players in the NFL were as bold as Tebow. If a is being disobedient you take his possessions from him, his television, his computer, his playstation or other possessions. You do not beat a so severely that bruises are left let alone that a parent asks for that beating. This so wrong on so many levels. What is the world coming to? --- Sorry but charging $229.10 in fees for an account that was originally positive and only went negative because of a maintenance fee is stupid. Just because they can do it, doesn't make it right. I remember when you could put money in the bank and accumulate interest when you had a positive balance, not accumulate fees. The bank simply could have closed the account when it reached zero and called it a day. Either way, this lost $4.85 of his money because a bank got greedy!!!! ALL Banks should mandate that any account that hits a zero balance is automatically closed, and if it is overdrawn then they get the $28 fee ONCE, like on a bounced check. Maybe even a small fee to reopen an account. But $229 for this is robbery plain and simple. If you want to fight a banking fee you feel is unfair, walk into the branch and speak with someone in person. It's very easy to get stuck on hold or 'accidentally' disconnected if you call to complain, but it's very hard to say 'no' to an irate customer who is three feet in front of you and not going anywhere. Another burden on the US taxpayer, why didn't the NYC police end this problem on the roof!?!?Burning to death has got to be the most horrible way there is to die. The death penalty would be far to good for him. He should be strung up by his toes, partially skinned shot to almost death with a BB gun then set on fire and put out, set on fire and put out, etc. etc. If he wakes up set him on fire again, till he is not only merely dead but truly most sincerely dead. Beautiful for situation, the joy of the whole earth ... -Psalm 48:1–2a The End of Normal by Stephanie Madoff Mack The financial fall-out from the scam perpetrated by Bernie Madoff claimed many victims and many of their tragic stories have been heard: people's lives turned upside down, crushed and ruined, some with no hope of recovery. Bernie Madoff is in prison, but there is no retribution...no answers for those who have been hurt beyond measure. One victim, silent until now, is Stephanie Mack Madoff, the widow of Mark, Bernie's eldest who took his own life. And if you scoff at her being a victim, then you must read her story...it's truly heartbreaking. I picked it up out of curiosity and I was blown away. I've often wondered, (and I'll bet you have too what it must have been like to be a member of the Madoff family...this book brings it home: It is filled with intimate details of Mark and Stephanie's courtship, their marriage (including the rough patches), their daily life, Mark's devotion to his from his first marriage and their two together. Stephanie discusses her relationship with both Ruth and Bernie....where credit is due she gives it e.g. both Ruth and Bernie were loving grandparents.) The mind boggles! She comes across as totally sincere, totally honest, and totally devastated by the betrayal and what it did to her husband and her family. Put yourself in her place...there is no training for enduring the nightmare that her life became. But this is also the story of her husband Mark who, because of the legalities involved, was never able to publicly stand up for himself and deny the accusations of his involvement in the debacle. Again, I urge you to read about him from Stephanie's perspective...her passion for you to know Mark as she knew him is palpable. There is also the description of the and how they're coping with Mark's death. Anyone who's been there will recognize the gut-wrenching difficulty of keeping oneself together on their behalf. I think it's important to note that this book doesn't come across as tabloid fodder...there's nothing trashy about it. What it is, is well-written and compelling. You'll want to finish it in one sitting. There is a spirit in this young woman that is to be admired. She's had a lot on her plate to contend with and she is managing to do so with spunk and grace and hope for the future.
