Attention Whores????

I was chatting with someone on my friends network discussing how hard it is to actually meet people, in my case women, on FriendFinder-x. Then she said something that I didn't realize and made a whole lot of sense. Most women are just on here for the attention. I started to think about it more, and more. Are 90% of the women on here merely seeking attention, with no intent of ever meeting someone? Maybe its a extreme ego boost to know that 100's or even 1000's of men send you attention in the form of emails, flirts, hot list adds, and friends network adds. You know as well as I do the cost for a gold or silver membership for the month or year. But how much is it worth for just mere attention? Is it really worth the 30 dollar monthly price tag? Don't get me wrong I'm sure people meet from FriendFinder-x all the time. But whats the percentage of people that actually meet or hookup? I've been on this site for a while, and have sent out numerous emails to many women. But I'm starting to wonder. Am I just a notch with women only seeking attention from thousands of men to help them feel better about themselves?

 Yes, your friend was right.
Alot are on here for validation they dont seem to get in the real world.

You can tell who they are because they BEG for you to LIKE their pics, or leave comments. Their profile says here to meet, but blogs say different. And when you talk about meeting, they unplug the computer and run back into the living room and turn on the TV.
