The point that most men here miss... The number of emails and comments in chat rooms that I've read over the past few years reminds me of a joke. I think most men here miss the point of what this joke demonstrates. If they heeded this point, and changed their approach I think there would be far fewer frustrated men here. Two , a boy and a girl were neighbors. One day they were playing out side and the boy started bragging to the girl. He holds out a handful of marbles and says: Look at these marbles, aren't they cool? The little girl says: Well, my mommy just bought me a full bag of marbles and I have twice as many as that, and some of them are prettier than yours. The little boy starts getting frustrated and says: Yeah, well, I have a wagon! The little girl says: Well, my mommy just bought me a new wagon, and it has railings on it. The little boy starts to get angry and says: Well I have a tricycle! The little girl says: My mommy just bought me a new two wheeler with training wheels and it has a<b> basket </font></b>and a bell. The little boy is frustrated and angry, and hates being shown up by a girl, so he pulls down his pants exposing his penis and says: Yeah? Well I have one of these! And your mommy can't get you one of these! The little girl lifts up her skirt and points to her vagina and says: Well, that's true, but I have one of these! And my mommy said that with one of these I can get all of those I want! And so it goes... |

Good joke and an old one but so true too. Sometimes, hell most of the time the woman has the final say as to whether she shows what she got to the guy who wants to show what he's got. Sure, there are some women out there who likes to show to whoever. And of course most guys like to show to whoever as well. But to be honest I guess the woman who is selective as to who she shows is a woman that is worth the wait of getting to know. No, I'm not wimping out guys, it just shows you need to give a bit of respect and when you get it, boy does she like to show you.

I agree with the implied moral of this story. Bragging and one-upsmanship games are like weapons proliferation: They lead to mutually assured destruction! Life is not about how many marbles one has, or what kind they are. It's about the non-material things one can offer, and how they're offered.
