 I don't think you're allowed to try on the suits in the buff. Any way he could buy the next size up? If not...well he better get used to saying "my eyes are up here, thanks!"

 tell him to just wear a cup, the bulge will be there but nobody will be able to make out his dick.

That or something underneath that lets him hide it.
