 I actually knew most of this ... in the words of Gomer Pyle ... surprise, surprise, surprise ... LOL ... did you/anyone know there is such a thing "sleep-eating"?!The sleeping pill Ambien can trigger this is some. Imagine waking up to a bed full of candy wrappers, or a massive amount of cherry stems/pits in the covers?!

I expected most people would be familiar with each item but not necessarily what the 'truth' was. Nope, never heard of 'sleep eating'. Thanks for sharing that information!

 I thought I had heard them all except the arthritis knuckles one. Pretty fuuny when you think about all the things we have survived regardless

The list goes on and on. I am sure my Mother had many sayings and expressions she had picked up, such as, “You have to eat a peck of dirt before you die.” I had heard all of the ones I listed and thought the “truths” were fun to share.
